JumpTour analyzed Sprint Corporation’s business, brand, and mission to pull together a
campaign that would connect with Military Members online and bring them into their stores.
JumpTour leveraged two campaigns to build brand awareness, drive traffic, and convert sign
ups. In the first campaign, JumpTour focused on the Sprint Corporation military discount using
a PCS email drip, push notifications, ROS display, and retargeting. In the second campaign,
JumpTour utilized the Sprint Corporation $50k sweepstakes for active duty personnel to drive
further engagement from JumpTour members on the channels they had used before. These
campaigns proved wildly successful. Overall, 8.6 million impressions were made, 47,600 clicks
were delivered, 104,000 push notifications were sent to Military Members on military
installations nationwide, and 14,600 co-branded PCS emails were sent with a 27.25% click to
open rate! The campaign results suggested that there was a strong affinity between Sprint
Corporation and JumpTour’s Military Members.
