Yes, all of our salespeople, leadership, marketing and support teams are all based in the US, mostly in our Nashville, TN headquarters where the majority of our teams work in office.

The timeline for and type of results vary on a number of factors, including your ICP, total addressable market, product/service complexity, competitive landscape, market saturation, historical sales data, and existing operational preparedness.  

We set ultra conservative expectations for a 90-day ramp timeline from go live, which means we consider sales teams “fully ramped” after that period.

During those 90-days and beyond there is a constant reassessing of what’s working, what isn’t working, and how best to pivot to produce results.

After 12-months of working with us, our clients typically see an average 7:1 ROI, reflected as either net new pipeline or close won new business.

We source the best possible candidates through our in house talent acquisition team, receiving almost 1,000 monthly applications on our open sales roles.  Our team identifies the candidates best suited for the uniqueness of each client account.  We can also source available talent from our in house brands owned by JumpCrew.

After signing an engagement agreement, we initiate a tried and true 30-day onboarding process that includes modules around talent and team, CRM and operations, sales talk track and objections, training and sales collateral, KPI and quota build out, and collecting media assets.

At a minimum, our clients meet with their assigned sales leadership team weekly, reviewing performance and outcomes from the previous week and pivoting the tactical approach for the upcoming week.  Reports are visualized in a Monday.com dashboard that provides qualitative and quantitative insights.

We have a library of examples and use cases that’s easily referenceable for you to find similar companies we’ve previously worked with, or currently do. 

On average, you can expect approximately 5-10 hours of dedicated, scheduled calls during the onboarding process.  After onboarding, we ask for no less than 1 hours for weekly progress reporting, along with as-needed communication by email, phone, or instant messaging.
